How to bid on a Moonbeam Township tax sale
Most Ontario tax sales are sealed tenders with one chance to bid. There is no second round.
- Get the tender form (Form 7) from the Township of Moonbeam or the Government of Ontario's forms site.

- The highest valid bid wins. The winner has 14 days from the day the treasurer's notice is mailed to pay the balance, land transfer tax and any taxes that have built up since.
