If you sign up for alerts
We store your email address, the area you told us you care about, and your answer to the optional question about paid alerts. We use them only to send you tax sale emails and to decide what to build. We do not sell or share your email. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Visit counts
We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and does not build a profile of you. We run no advertising trackers.
The property data
The listings come from public notices in the Ontario Gazette. The notices identify land, not people, and we do not publish owner names.
